Kolbeinn Karlsson’s work Badhusdagbok has soon been hanging for two years at the green line at the Fridhemsplan subway station. The drawings are utopian images of male coded bodies at various stages of rest, uninterested in the viewer. Closed in themselves, yet together in a collective fantasy of sensualism and community. The drawings are made according to memory images and diary entries made in bath houses and training facilities.

Kolbeinn Karlsson is educated at the comic school in Malmö, and lives and works in Uppsala. He works in the studio association Konstgjord, and draws a new little person on a paper every day. The exhibition is both new drawings, and original from the bathhouse diary.

Accessibility: We have four steps to the studio with ramp available, only a small toilet.
