Welcome to see the exhibition Queer Tattoo History \/ Stories. 18\/1-15\/2 Thursday-Saturday at 13-19 hs at the newly opened Southside Gallery<\/a> in H\u00f6gdalen (H\u00f6gdalsg\u00e5ngen 43 opposite the Coop). And especially welcome to the finissage and celebration of the book that now exists in this world, 15\/2 at 19-24! Also, to celebrate again that Soledad Aznar Rodriguez<\/a>\u00b4 and Sara Swanson<\/a>’s (and now so many others’) StaDemonia Tattoo Stockholm turns 20! You find our apprentice and genius Rolf Flor Butcher Queen<\/a> in the bar, Yolanda Bohm<\/a> and Alex Cfourpo<\/a> play records and we are happy that Eido Al Fakir<\/a> sings for us on stage! Don’t miss out, help to spread, come by yourself or with friends!
\nSara Swanson from StaDemonia Tattoo Stockholm has interviewed hbtqi+ people who got tattoos during the 70s and 80s and photographer Del laGrace Volcano<\/a> has portrayed the storytellers.
\nQueer Tattoo History \/ Stories is an ongoing art project, memory work and research, fragments collect for ourselves and our siblings, which tells about times when tattooing and queerness were taboo, shamed and\/or forbidden AND an action filled with resistance and desire.<\/p>\n
